Can I take the Sounder train to a Mariners game? ›

Mariners fans can ride to the game on Sounder, Link light rail and ST Express. Sound Transit's online trip planner will help find your best option to get to the game. Special Sounder Game Trains serve T-Mobile Park from as far as Everett and Lakewood. Remember, cross the tracks only at designated crossings.

Link light rail travels between Lynnwood City Center and Angle Lake Station, making 21 stops along the way, including the Stadium and International District/Chinatown stations – both just a short walk from the ballpark. Link trains run every 8, 10 or 15 minutes depending on the time of day.

T-Mobile Park is a retractable roof stadium in Seattle, Washington, United States. It is the ballpark of Major League Baseball's Seattle Mariners and has a seating capacity of 47,929.

Gates to the T-Mobile 'Pen open 2 hours prior to game time. All other gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

Can I bring in food? Outside food is permitted in single-serving sizes. Sealed, clear plastic water bottles up to 32oz, baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single serve containers like juice boxes are permitted. Soda, coffee or other beverages are not allowed.

Bringing a computer to the park is certainly unique and otherwise not allowed in the park. Gregg Greene with Mariners Marketing says T Mobile park “obviously has great Wi-Fi” and fans don't even need to take the day off from work.

Monorail costs somewhat less than light rail. Link light rail originally was supposed to go south from Downtown Seattle to Seatac Airport, and north from Downtown Seattle to the University District and maybe Northgate. Now, for a billion dollars more, it will stop short of the airport and won't go north.

Service is available from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Saturday and from 6 a.m. to midnight on Sundays and holidays. The 2 Line travels between South Bellevue and Redmond Technology Station seven days a week. 2 Line trains run every 10 minutes from 5:30 a.m.

Can I bring a purse to the Mariners game? ›

Bags with interior contents obscured from view are not allowed. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches are permitted. Backpacks, multi-compartment bags, duffle bags and purses larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches are not permitted.

Contacting Players, Coaches, and Announcers

It's best to come to a game and try waiting above or near the dugouts during batting practice. Autographed specialty items are also for sale at all 5 Mariners Team Store locations.

Seattle Mariners Best Seats

The best seats for a Seattle Mariners game at T-Mobile Park are located in the Diamond Club, or Field Box VIP seats. If those tickets are a bit out of your price range, the upper-level tickets in the infield, sections 320-340, are of great value.

Take the Sounder trains to King Street Station (just a short walk to T-Mobile Park) on select weekend day games. You can also take Link light rail or ST Express bus service to T-Mobile Park every home game. There are a number of regular bus routes that stop within a few blocks of the ballpark.

On weekdays, you may be able to take Sounder on your way into town. Climate Pledge Arena is also served by Metro routes.
